Payment Terms:Commissions are paid monthly within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met.
Sales are tracked through your unique affiliate link or discount code provided upon approval.
3.Collaborator Responsibilities:
Promote products authentically and in alignment with our brand values Disclose partnerships in accordance with FTC guidelines (#ad, #sponsored, #partnership) Use only approved marketing materials and product images Maintain professional conduct in all brand-related communications. Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices
4. Content Guidelines. All content must be original and high-quality
Content should align with our brand aesthetic and values
We reserve the right to request content modifications or removal
Collaborators grant us permission to repost approved content with proper credit.
5.Prohibited Activities Bidding on our trademarked terms in paid search
Creating misleading or false claims about products
Promoting competing hair and beauty brands simultaneously
Using unauthorized discount codes or pricing.
6. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be paid according to the standard payment schedule. Intellectual Property.
All GLAMIRA HAIR BEAUTY trademarks, logos, and content remain our exclusive property. Limited usage rights are granted solely for approved promotional activities
8. Limitation of Liability GLAMIRA HAIR BEAUTY's liability is limited to the payment of earned commissions. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
